Let’s take a look and see just how advanced prenatal one multivitamin really is.

    Vitamin A (1305mcg), Vitamin C (65mg), Vitamin D (15mcg), Vitamin E (9.5mg), Vitamin K (90mcg), Thiamin (8mg), Riboflavin (8mg), Niacin (18mg), Vitamin B6 (10mg), Folate/Folic Acid (600mcg), Vitamin B12 (9mcg), Biotin (35mcg), Pantothenic Acid (10mg), Calcium (50mg), Iron (27mg), Iodine (290mcg), Magnesium (50mg), Zinc (13mg), Selenium (70mcg), Copper (1.3mg), Manganese (2mg), Molybdenum (50mcg), Choline (55mg), Inositol (10mg), Organic Chlorella (150mg), Bacillus coagulans MTCC 5856 (25 million CFU+), Citrus (fruit) bioflavonoids

Other ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, Croscarmellose sodium, magnesium
stearate, coating (hydroxypropyl cellulose, hypromellose), silica, stearic acid.

What Important Vitamins and Minerals are found in Rainbow Light Prenatal one multivitamin?

As you can see Complete Prenatal Care system contains a large number of ingredients. The ones that I like are Calcium, Folic Acid, Vitamin B6, Ginger, Choline, and Inositol. I love the idea of adding 25 million CFU probiotics for easy digestion. These are great! If you are looking for all in one prenatal with a smaller ingredient.

What Could Rainbow Light Prenatal one multivitamin Add or Change?

If I was to make my own Prenatal Vitamin I would not have so many ingredients. The number of different ingredients is a little much. Many of the ingredients are not all that necessary for pregnant women. Products with such a large amount of unnecessary ingredients can cause problems such as nausea or unwanted reactions. Over the years they have reduced The amounts for each of the ingredients. I expect Calcium to be1000mg, Folic Acid should be 1000mcg, and 20mg of Vitamin B6.

Another thing I would change is the tablet. Prenatal one multivitamin comes in tablet form which causes problems with swallowing and absorption. Many women have nausea during pregnancy and the difficulty of swallowing a tablet can be difficult. Although they now add probiotics that made it gentle on the stomach.

Something that I would add to this product would be 200mg of DHA which is a must-have. Research has shown that mothers are at a lower risk of postpartum depression, and mood change. They also recover more quickly after pregnancy. The presence of DHA in a prenatal vitamin will have a positive effect on a child’s sensory, cognitive, and motor development.

I would also like to see this product contain CoQ10 which in studies published in the International Journal of Gynecology and Obstetrics stated that Co-Q10 supplementation results in a significant reduction in the rate of preeclampsia and helps with healing after delivery.

Overall Rating of Rainbow Light Prenatal One Multivitamin

Prenatal One Multivitamin contains a number of good ingredients maybe even a little too much. I would rate this product as a lower end of my list do to what is missing from the product and how many different ingredients are contained in the product. The Price of this product is a little expensive for what you get out of this product. You and Your child’s health are the most important things so doing a little more research to find a better Prenatal Vitamin is what I would recommend.
