    Zobo is a widely held beverage drink in Nigeria popularly referred to as ‘Zoborodo’ in the Northern part of the country. Zobo’s English name is Hibiscus tea.

    Made from Hibiscus leaves, the delightful drink is not only revitalizing but also highly nutritious and as such, has numerous health benefits. A lot of international and Nigerian restaurants have it listed in their meal menu for customers to enjoy with other foods. Zobo drink can be made and drank without sugar. But if you must make it sweeter, use natural and fresh fruits as they are healthy and better.
