    These ingredients can be used to make a healthy weight gain smoothie as it consists of natural constituents. Below are the quantities to be used for each ingredient; 

    • 2 bananas (vitamins)1 cup of milk (proteins)
    • 2 spoons of peanut butter (protein, fat/oil, and fiber)
    • 1 cup of oat (fiber, carbohydrate)

    All the mentioned ingredients have specific nutrients which they supply therefore they can be relied on for a healthy result. One can say they can give a balanced meal.

    • Wash and cut the banana into pieces and pour into a blender. 
    • Pour the oat into the blender
    • Pour milk into the blender
    • Add oat to the blender
    • Add ice and blend till they are no crumbs left

    These ingredients are natural and can be relied on to make up a healthy weight gain smoothie. 

    • 4 dates (fiber)
    • 5 or more cashew nuts (protein, fiber)
    • 2 bananas (vitamins)
    • 1 cup of milk (proteins) 

    Procedures: 

    • Wash and cut the banana into pieces and pour into a blender 
    • Open the dates, remove the seed, and soak in water to soft then pour into the blender. 
    • Pour cashew nut into the blender
    • Pour milk into the blender
    • Add ice to blender and blend
    • Pour into glass and drink. 

    This weight gain smoothie provides a healthy weight and will help to gain weight in the right places. It is advisable to take twice daily for 1-2 weeks.

    4. Strawberry smoothie 

    This smoothie is made using ingredients such as; strawberry, banana, pineapple, and milk. It can be used as a weight-gain smoothie. 

    • 3 strawberries (vitamins)
    • 2 bananas (vitamins)
    • ¼ pineapple (vitamins)
    • 1 cup of milk (protein)

    Procedure: 

    • Wash and cut 3 strawberries into tiny pieces and pour into blender
    • Wash and cut 2 bananas into pieces and pour into blender
    • Wash and cut ¼ of pineapple into pieces and pour into blender
    • Pour milk into the blender
    • Add ice and blend till smooth
    • Pour into glass and drink. 

    This weight gain smoothie can be taken twice daily for 2- 4 weeks for effective results.

    This weight gain smoothie is made with Banana, cocoa powder, peanut butter, and milk. It is healthy and helps to gain weight in the right places. 

    • 2 bananas (vitamins)
    • 2 teaspoons of cocoa powder (carbohydrate)
    • 2 tablespoons of peanut butter (protein)
    • 1 cup of milk (protein)

    Procedures: 

    • Wash and cut 2 bananas into and pour into the blender. 
    • Add 2 teaspoons of cocoa powder to the blender
    • Add 2 tablespoons of peanut butter to the blender
    • Pour milk into the blender 
    • Add Ice cubes and blend
    • Pour into glass and drink. 

    This weight gain smoothie contains different nutrients and is effective for a healthy diet.
