Martinez passed away on October 31 Sunday 2021, around 3 am in New York City in a Dodge Ram vehicle after being shot several times.
His involvement in the trade of drugs had nothing to do with his death. However, following an argument over Alpo’s reckless driving, Shakeem Parker, a gunman, shot and murdered him.

Alpo has been found guilty of several of the accusations leveled against him. Murder, a conspiracy to commit murder, and several drug-related counts were all found guilty.
He was proven to be a serial killer who murdered his business partners as well as his pals. In addition, he was facing numerous criminal charges.
